History
Elisir895 is born from the heritage of an old Tuscan distillery in existence from the late 1800 until World War two. Today, the ancient collection of recipes, jealously safeguarded and passed on through four family generations together with the stories of the multi-award famous distillery, breathe new life.
The Old Tuscan Recipes, tasted and reviewed endlessly with shared passion and knowledge of a friend and associate, give life to Elisir895 liquors.
A constant effort to source natural spices, aromatic herbs and essences, infused with meticulous attention are guarantee of the very high quality. The old recipes meant re-discovering essences nearly forgotten in the industrial productions. After years of work, therefore Elisir895 is now able to present its first three unique liquors.

Signor Bitter 1895, is based on a Tuscan recipe of the 1800, the dawn of bitters.
It has an intense character, unique and resolute taste, with strong bitter notes. It’s the fruit of natural infusions of blended spices and flavorings which create this unique scent and taste.
Crafted for mixing and to be enjoyed on its’ own.

An old ‘amaro’ product, but also an absolute novelty in the world of liquors.
This coffee ‘amaro’ has citrus scents, coffee, bitter notes, and other spices blended to give birth to a proper nectar with a distinct, delightful, lasting after taste.

Nose: a structured scent in which Coffee, Citruses and other natural flavourings stand out and at the same time bind in a perfect harmony.
Taste: soft and balanced, with and initial coffee flavor followed by bitter notes and natural aromas, leaving a pleasant after-taste.
Varietals: made with a coffee infusion, Lemon and bitter aromas among which Gentian.

Mandabreeze 1895, is a mandarin liquor with bitter notes, based on a Tuscan recipe of the late 1800.
Produced from natural infusions, this citrus scented elixir at first sweet on the palate, combines into different and intense bitter notes.
A hint of Mandabreeze 1895, enfolds an absolute novelty in its’ unique original taste.

Nose: a good balance of strong Mandarin, bitter notes and scents of spices.
Taste: intense and assertive Mandarin, the initial sweetness on the palate, makes way to various notes and softned by spices.
Varietals: made from natural infusion of Mandarin peel, bitter herbs as Gentian and natural aromas like Cinnamon, to subtly bind the various bitter notes.
Alcohol content: 30%
Bottle sizes: 0.5 L.
Serving temperature: 4°/6°C
Serving suggestions: to strike a perfect balance between the bitter Mandarin oils and other bitter agents must be served cold.
